6. The Residency Requirement.

The following credit hours must be completed in residence at Marietta College.

1. No fewer than 36 of a student’s last 43 hours.
2. No fewer than 18 hours in the discipline of the major.
3. No fewer than 6 hours in a minor.
4. No fewer than 6 hours in a certificate.

Credit hours earned in an approved Off-campus Study program are considered to be “in residence.”
