Services for Students with Disabilities
Marietta College complies with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act regarding non-discrimination against persons with disabilities. The College seeks to offer support to all students and strives to make reasonable accommodations for individuals with documented disabilities. All campus services for students with disabilities are coordinated through the College’s Academic Resource Center, located in Andrews Hall. (See Student Support Services for more information.)

Veterans Benefits and Transition Act of 2018
Marietta College complies with the requirements of the Veterans Benefits and Transition Act of 2018. Marietta College will not impose late fees, prevent from enrolling or access to campus facilities, or impose other penalties against a veteran or eligible dependent due to late payment of tuition/fees from the VA. This applies to veterans and eligible dependents entitled to educational assistance under Chapter 31, Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment or Chapter 33, Post-9/11 GI Bill Benefits. A covered student would not be required to borrow additional funds to meet his or her financial obligation due to delayed funds from the VA under Chapters 31 and 33. This provision applies to payments that have not been received within 90 days after certification of tuition and fees.
Marietta College requires students wishing to utilize educational benefits to submit a Certificate of Eligibility by the first day of the term and any additional documentation needed for certification.
A restriction on penalties against the student does not apply if the student owes additional payments to the school beyond tuition and fees payment by the VA.
