LEAD 111 Foundations of American Leadership
This course looks at leadership from an American perspective. It examines some of the key contemporary theories of leadership, explores the use of power in leadership situations and relationships, and considers the ethics of leadership. The course also attempts the challenging but increasingly important task of building effective teams to accomplish group purpose.
