LEAD 301 Ethical Leadership

This course presents several ethical frameworks that help inform decision-making, as well as a number of leadership models that claim an ethical component. Students will learn to draw from multiple ethical and leadership perspectives, to move away from leadership-centric approaches, to ask questions that maximize self-awareness, and to consider multiple points of view whenever addressing an ethical conundrum. To connect "ethical thinking" and "ethical doing," a case study approach is offered for understanding ethical leadership.
