MUSC 171 Aural Skills I

This course offers basic training in the development of aural skills through sight-singing, rhythm reading, interval and chord recognition, error detection and melodic, rhythmic and harmonic dictation. Emphasis will be on diatonic, conjunct melodies, simple rhythms and basic chord progressions.
