8. The Graduation Application Requirement

A student intending to complete graduation requirements by the end of the Spring semester or Summer session must submit a completed graduation application to the Records Office by the last day to add classes for the immediately preceding Fall semester.

A student planning to complete graduation requirements at the end of the Fall semester should submit the graduation application by the last day to add classes for the immediately preceding Spring semester. However, those wishes to participate in the Spring Commencement prior to completion are encouraged to submit their application the preceding fall. The graduation application is submitted online via Self-Service.
