8. The Graduation Application Requirement
An undergraduate student intending to complete graduation requirements by the end of the Spring semester or Summer session must submit a completed graduation application to the Records Office by the last day to drop classes for the immediately preceding Fall semester.
A student planning to complete graduation requirements at the end of the Fall semester should submit the graduation application by the last day to drop classes for the immediately preceding Spring semester. However, those wishes to participate in the Spring Commencement prior to completion are encouraged to submit their application the preceding fall. The graduation application is submitted online via Self-Service. A $75 graduation fee will be added to the student account upon application. Applications submitted after the above deadlines will be assessed an additional $50 late application fee.
