COMM 203 Fundamentals of Oral Communication

Application-oriented course in which students learn foundational concepts necessary to develop effective communication skills in a variety of settings with an emphasis on public speaking. Analysis of verbal and nonverbal communication techniques across interpersonal, group, workplace, and public contexts develops skill in selecting and using appropriate communication strategies based on situational contexts and goals.
