ATTR 691 Research & Design III

This course is the culmination of the Research & Design series and is designed to teach students how to effectively discuss research findings and limitations as well as develop conclusions based on findings. Students will be required to compose the discussion of results, conclusion, limitations, and future research sections of their original research study. In addition, students will learn how to conduct professional research. They will be required to analyze EMR and calculate number needed to treat, number need to harm, and number needed to benefit, injury risk, injury rate, injury incidence and prevalence ratio. Students will be required to collect and analyze outcomes relative to their clinical assignment and address findings. This course will require the use of library resources, utilization of clinical sports assignment, and utilization of clinical supplies.
