CYBR 360 Cybersecurity Law & Ethics

This course explores the legal and ethical challenges faced in the field of cybersecurity. Topics includes national and international cybersecurity laws, data privacy regulations, intellectual property rights, ethical frameworks, and the ethical dilemmas faced by cybersecurity professionals. We will define ethics, morality, and moral systems and recognize the distinction between ethical theory and professional ethics. Students will learn to apply legal principles and ethical decision-making to real-world scenarios in cybersecurity.
