LEAD 191 ROTC Leadership Laboratory I
This course uses AS100 “Leadership Laboratory” curriculum developed by Air University. Leadership Laboratory (LLAB) is a dynamic and integrated grouping of leadership developmental activities designed to meet the needs and expectations of prospective Department of the Air Force second lieutenants and complement the AFROTC academic program. It is a student planned, organized, and executed practicum conducted under the supervision of the Detachment Commander and Operations Flight Commander. Objectives are proficiency-based or characterized as task knowledge or performance. The purpose of this LLAB Program is to help the cadre and/or Professional Officer Course (POC) students develop a meaningful and stimulating LLAB course.
