LEAD 281 ROTC Leadership Lab II
Leadership Laboratory is a dynamic and integrated grouping of leadership developmental activities designed to meet the needs and expectations of prospective Department of the Air Force second lieutenants and complement the AFROTC academic program. It is a student planned, organized, and executed practicum conducted under the supervision of the Detachment Commander and Operations Flight Commander. Objectives are proficiency-based or characterized as task knowledge or performance. The design of the AFROTCI 36-2011 Volume 1 and its associated objectives provides ample opportunity and flexibility for detachments to recruit, train, and commission the world’s best second lieutenants.
