POLS 415 Moot Court Practicum
This class is a companion to the core Moot Court classes
POLS 215 and
POLS 315. Students will focus on improving their public speaking, abilities in respiring to adversarial questions, and making nuanced legal arguments. Students taking this practicum will receive additional and more intensive training for competitions than what is included in the core Moot Court classes. Additionally, students who have completed the two core classes may take this practicum and participate in Moot Court for two additional years. This class does not count towards the Political Science major but can count towards the Legal Studies minor. May be repeated for credit.
